Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours hours of being placed with the exception of US Postal Service legal holidays.

Seventh Bay accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, & PayPal.  Shopify processes payment for all of Seventh Bay’s orders.  Seventh Bay does not have access to any of your payment or credit card information.         

Shipping Information & Shipping Rates

Seventh Bay ships 2 days each week; Tuesday and Friday.

Orders are shipped as follows:

  • Orders placed after 6 pm Thursday, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and by 6 pm on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed after 6 pm Monday, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and by 6 pm on Thursday will be shipped out on Friday.

If either of the shipping days fall on a US Postal Service legal holiday, the order will ship the following business day.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Information on local pickup dates and times are emailed once your ordered is packaged.

Standard shipping on orders is $7.

Free shipping applies on orders over $150.

Seventh Bay does not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policy

Seventh Bay is committed to customer satisfaction and our goal is that you love your purchase!  If you are not completely satisfied, no worries we have you covered. Since we are a small business, we cannot issue refunds but we are happy to issue a store credit.  You may return an item(s) in its original condition for a store credit within 14 days of delivery.  We do not offer exchanges.

How to Return

Email us at info@seventhbay.com  We will email you the return form for you to place in the package with your returned item(s). Packages returned without a completed return form will not be accepted.

Note:  Please email your tracking information to us at info@seventhbay.com so we can be watching for your return.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a store credit. If we find that the item is ineligible, your item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please do not include any item that was not previously requested, a new return request must be submitted for additional items. Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.

* Seventh Bay is not responsible for any lost or damaged items sent back to us and Seventh Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. Please keep an eye out for packages especially around the holiday season. We recommend insuring return shipments and obtaining tracking information.  If there is an issue, you will need to contact the agent used for the return shipping.

In order for an item to be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Received at our warehouse within 14 days of original delivery to customer
  • Unworn & unwashed
  • Item must be in the original condition. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
  • Original tags attached
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks
  • Include the return form

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Item marked 'FINAL SALE' on the website/invoice
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Body Suits/Intimates (bralettes and sports bras)
  • Leggings
  • Swimsuits

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item during shipping.

If returning shoes, shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or shipping box to protect the item.  Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Store Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
