Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am until 3 pm EST. We do not operate on weekends or legal holidays. We try to respond to all emails within 48 hours and apologize for any delayed response outside of this time frame.
Seventh Bay ships orders 2 days each week; Tuesday and Friday. If either day is a US Postal Service legal holiday orders are shipped on the next business day.
